Lime Samui
CPS Thailand has just been awarded the M&E contract for the first phase of the exclusive Lime Villa development in Koh Samui, Thailand.
This 12.5 acre (5 hectare) development comprises 16 superb villas designed by the award winning Gary Fell from GFAB architects, and is set to substantially raise the level of living on this tropical Island. Each villa sits on an average of 3000m2 and will be fitted out with the latest in stylish living.
Anthony Morgon from DMA, who have been appointed as project managers on this development, has confirmed that the client wishes to provide a mix of energy efficient and environmentally friendly products; a stance that fully complements CPS' goal of being a leader in these areas throughout Asia.

US Embassy Brunei
CCE LLC, one of America's fastest growing multi-discipline construction companies has awarded CPS Group Asia with the contract to supply and install the main 'Potable Water Filtration System' and all water supply and booster 'Pumping Stations' for the new US Embassy in Brunei.
CPS was chosen for this prestigious project due to our extensive embassy experience on such projects as the Australian Embassy's in Laos and Cambodia, and the US Embassy and US AID buildings in Phnom Penh.
This project has been designed by CPS's regional technical manager Robert-Jan Van Hulst, who has relished the opportunity to work with a professional company like CCE LLC and to show the international capabilities of CPS.

CPS Welcomes our new Regional Project Manager to the Team
CPS would like to welcome David Crawley as our new Regional Project Manager.
Dave's past MEP project management experience is second to none; he has worked in Dubai for the past 11 years and has been the MEP Project manager for projects such as – The Jumeirah Golf Estate, 7WX Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, Abu Dhabi Conference Palace Hotel, Dubai Marina Phase 1 Towers, The Gardens Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi Breakwater Marine Mall.
Dave has chosen to work for CPS because he wants to work closer to the ground with a much greater hands on approach and have the ability to pass on his wealth of knowledge to the CPS staff.
